Terms of Service
General Terms and Conditions of MATTALNET GRUPP OÜ
1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts for the provision of software development and consulting services between MATTALNET GRUPP OÜ (the “Contractor”) and its clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing in an individual case.
2. Subject matter and services
The type and scope of services follow from the respective individual offer or project agreement. This website does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Client cooperation
The client shall provide the information, access and content required for the provision of services in good time. Delays caused by a lack of cooperation are not at the Contractor’s expense.
4. Remuneration and payment
Remuneration is governed by the individual agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days net.
5. Rights of use
Rights of use in the created works transfer to the client to the agreed extent upon full payment.
6. Liability
The Contractor is liable under statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Estonian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the client’s country of residence remain unaffected.
8. Severability
Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
