Information pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR

2. Data minimisation

This website is essentially a presentation site. It uses no analytics, marketing or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Personal data is actively processed only when you contact us via the contact form or by email (see section 7).

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information (shortened IP address, date/time, requested URL, data volume, referrer, browser/OS). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after no more than 7 days.

The website is hosted by a processor:

The server is located in Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

5. Fonts

The fonts used are served locally from our server (next/font). No connection is made to Google servers.

6. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies or comparable storage techniques (e.g. language selection). No consent is required for this under § 25 (2) TDDDG.

7. Contact form and contact by email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, company if provided, message content) to handle your enquiry. Data submitted via the form is forwarded to us by email only and not stored permanently in a database. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Tallinn). You may also contact the authority at your place of residence.

10. Data security

Transmission is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
