CONTRACT WITH START UP
DIGITAL STARTUP CONTRACT
This Digital Startup Contract (the "Contract") is entered into on this [Date] (the "Effective Date") between:
1. MATTALNET GRUPP OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under Registration Code: 14744075, EORI: 14744075, VAT: EE102519059, and having its registered address at 10120 Tallinn, Tuukri 19-315, hereinafter referred to as the "Company."
2. [Startup Name], an entity, with a registered address at [Startup Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Startup."
Collectively referred to as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Company and the Startup wish to enter into a collaboration agreement to jointly develop and operate a digital startup as further described herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:
1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. Purpose: The purpose of this Contract is to establish the terms and conditions governing the development, operation, and management of the digital startup (the "Startup") described as follows: [Brief Description of Startup Business].
2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Company's Responsibilities: The Company shall provide the following support and resources to the Startup:
