Method

How we build software — in five steps.

From the first sketch to handover we follow the same sequence. It makes effort predictable and surfaces delays early.

01

Capture and cut

We start from your workflow, not our backlog. We map the processes, cut them into self-contained feature modules and agree what has to go live first.

02

Settle the architecture

Data model, module boundaries and interfaces are decided before the first line of application code. Proven building blocks from earlier systems get reused — saving budget on the parts that are already solved.

03

Build against tests

Every feature passes a test gate: around 100 end-to-end tests per product cover the paths your users actually take. A feature counts as done when it runs green.

04

Ship weekly

You get a running build on a staging environment every week. Change requests go into the next cut instead of piling up until the end of the project.

05

Hand over and support

At the end you receive source code, documentation and a working deployment pipeline. Your team can take over — and we stay available for maintenance and further development if you want us to.

Next step

Tell us about your project.

30 minutes with a developer instead of a salesperson. We assess feasibility, effort and timeline, and tell you honestly whether we are the right team.
