Sie können Ihr CubeWave-Konto jederzeit selbst löschen — ohne uns zu kontaktieren und ohne Begründung.

In der App (iOS und Android)

Kein Zugriff mehr auf das Gerät?

Schreiben Sie an cubewave@mattalnet.com — bitte von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der das Konto verknüpft ist, oder mit Angabe des Spitznamens. Wir löschen das Konto dann für Sie und bestätigen das per E-Mail, spätestens innerhalb eines Monats (Art. 12 Abs. 3 DSGVO).

Was mit Ihren Daten passiert

Sofort: Der Zugang wird geschlossen, der Spitzname verschwindet aus der Bestenliste, die Punktzahlen zählen nicht mehr mit.
Innerhalb von 30 Tagen: Der Datensatz bleibt in einer Löschfrist, damit ein versehentliches Löschen rückgängig gemacht werden kann. Danach werden Anmeldekennung, E-Mail-Adresse, Spitzname, Land, Punktzahlen und Sitzungstoken endgültig entfernt.
Nicht betroffen: Anonyme Zählwerte ohne Personenbezug sowie technische Server-Protokolle des Hosters, die ohnehin nach spätestens 14 Tagen gelöscht werden.

Das Löschen ist danach nicht mehr umkehrbar. Sie können jederzeit ein neues Konto anlegen; ein früherer Rekord lässt sich damit aber nicht wiederherstellen.

Die App entfernen

Das Löschen des Kontos und das Entfernen der App sind zwei verschiedene Schritte. Wenn Sie nur die App löschen, bleibt das Konto bestehen — löschen Sie es vorher, wenn Sie beides möchten.

Delete your account

You can delete your CubeWave account yourself at any time — without contacting us and without giving a reason.

In the app (iOS and Android)

1. Open the game
2. Gear icon at the top right → Settings
3. Scroll to the Account section
4. Tap Delete account and confirm

In the web version

At mattalnet.com/cubewave the same path: Settings → Account → Delete account.

No longer have the device?

Write to cubewave@mattalnet.com — ideally from the email address linked to the account, or tell us the nickname. We then delete it for you and confirm by email, within one month at the latest (Art. 12(3) GDPR).

What happens to your data

Immediately: access closes, the nickname disappears from the leaderboard, the scores stop counting.
Within 30 days: the record stays in a grace period so an accidental deletion can be undone. After that the sign-in identifier, email address, nickname, country, scores and session token are erased for good.
Not affected: anonymous counters that carry no personal reference, and the hosting provider's technical server logs, which are deleted after at most 14 days anyway.

After that the deletion cannot be undone. You may create a new account at any time, but an earlier record cannot be restored with it.

Removing the app

Deleting the account and removing the app are two separate steps. Deleting only the app leaves the account in place — delete it first if you want both gone.
